Cash Management is Navision’s bank account manager. It is a fully integrated functional area of Navision Financials that provides an efficient means of tracking monetary accounts. With this functionality you can create unlimited number of accounts, modify and delete unneeded accounts, maintain bank transfers and bank card accounts.

Cash Management allows you to: 

• Set up, modify and delete an unlimited number of bank accounts
• Transfer between bank accounts
• Set up customer/vendor bank account cards
• Update G/L accounts automatically when bank transactions are posted
• Automate and control the entire check-writing process
• Generate printed checks with a unique number series for each bank account
• Write and/or checks manually or print computer-generated checks
• Track check numbers
• Preview and print checks
• Pay vendors or customers electronically
• Export electronic payments to financial institutions
• Reconcile all bank accounts with the account statements issued by bank
• Apply transactions from your bank statement to bank account ledger entries
• Post additional transactions recorded only by the bank and not yet by the program
• Print company bank statistics reports
• View company bank account statistics
