Concept Phase
In the Concept Phase, the current state of the client's business is carefully investigated and goals are established. Long and short-term goals are set, and tasks are assigned to team members. Data collection and reporting requirements are established, thus defining the future state of the client's business.

The Key
The key deliverables of the Concept Phase are the Concept Document and Project Charter. These documents define the project approach, the team members and their responsibilities, project goals and outlines how these goals will be achieved. Validation and acceptance of deliverable components guarantees project performance and satisfaction. The quality of the project is in direct proportion to the quality of the initial Concept.

Development Programming
Custom extends functionality beyond standard out-of-the-box boundaries. Over the years, CBSi has developed numerous custom products and solutions, which form a solid knowledge and information base thus allowing CBSi to reduce delivery time, and assure the quality of the final product.

The Development Phase starts with the creation of end-user and technical design specifications and continuing through custom functionality development and testing. In JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions product specialists and key users jointly develop future functionality and workflow components. Existing data is converted for integration and use with the new system.

Training Phase
Training is a very important phase that is often overlooked. Independent studies show that many companies do not realize the full potential of their investments because they have failed to properly empower their employees with the proper training. To best meet the varying needs of their clients CBSi offers both classroom and on-site training classes for all of the software solutions we implement.

Deployment Phase
The Deployment Phase is accomplished with close contact with the Client's personnel. This phase is very important, since the results of both CBSi and client’s teams are tried in a real business environment. All critical functions should be fully tested before being inserted into a company's real workflow. The Deployment Phase concludes the active implementation process. After the successful completion of system deployment, Post Implementation review is organized, to measure performance, review results and fine-tune long term goals. This establishes the base for further improvements to the already implemented system.

Support Phase
Ongoing support needs to be an integral part of any comprehensive solution. CBSi works closely with their clients to provide comprehensive ongoing support programs that meet their varying needs. Options offered include on-site live support, phone support, remote on-line support and email support.
